Return Policy

At Julies Avenue, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically delivered.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items may be tried on, but may not be worn beyond fitting purposes.
  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning items are not accepted as part of our return policy.

Return Process

Step 1 — Request Your Return

Please contact us at info@juliesavenue.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions

Once your request has been approved, you will receive the return address and further return instructions from our support team.

Step 3 — Ship Your Return

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as Julies Avenue cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds are only issued for items that meet all return conditions.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

  • Julies Avenue is not responsible for lost packages when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Any address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.
